Working from photographs, artwork, or design concept, we can produce & deliver your snow globes about 60 days* after your approval of our design sample.

We create a 3-D sculpture of your design in hand painted polyresin, and enclose it inside a glass or plastic globe, depending on your preference and budget. The result is a unique, one of a kind design ideal for promotional or other purposes. Text of your choice or your logo may be added to the base of the globes, which may be in polyresin or plastic.

“Snow”, glitter, or other designs may be added to float inside your snowglobes.

Each glass dome globe is protected by Styrofoam and enclosed inside a white gift box. Similar packaging is also available as an option for your plastic dome globes, at an additional charge.

1. Once you decide to work with us in the creation of your custom snow globe, we will send you an invoice for the design charge associated with your particular design. You provide color photographs, artwork, or drawings for your custom design via Email, preferably as JPG format files.

2. Upon receipt of your design charge payment, we will create a pencil drawing rendering of your design for your review & approval.

3. Following your approval of the rendering, we will sculpt out your design in clay, and once again submit a photo of it to you via Email for approval. This is the time to make any changes or adjustments to your design. Changes, except color modifications, made after you approve our sculpted clay sample will delay the project and may add to the design cost.

4. The next step in the process will be to paint your sample, and again submit photos to you for approval. Regarding colors used to paint your custom design, we recommend that you indicate to us the colors for all areas using the PANTONE COLOR CHART*. If you are not familiar with this chart, please let us know, and we will provide further information to you.

5. Once you approve the painted sample and confirm your order, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit on your job. Upon receipt of your payment, production of your order will begin. From this point forward, you can expect to receive your order in about 90 days.

We will alert you when your order is shipped from the factory, and send you our final invoice for the balance due, which will include a charge for Ground shipping.

Upon receipt of your final payment and receipt of your order into our warehouse, we will immediately arrange for shipping to you.
